About the Role

1. Software Development & Technical Recruiting and Job Fulfillment: We are seeking an expert and highly driven Senior Recruiter to lead end-to-end hiring for Software Development and Technical roles. This role covers a wide range of skills including:

  • Custom Web Development
  • MVP Development
  • Custom Mobile App Development
  • AI/ML Software Development
  • Big Data/Analytics
  • Cloud and DevOps and
  • QA/QC Testing.

2. Project Management: Beyond core technical recruiting and job fulfillment execution, Senior Recruiters function as project owners who demonstrate strong attention to detail and organization while leading initiatives such as recruitment process improvement, operational efficiency optimization, sourcing strategy enhancement, and stakeholder alignment to deliver scalable recruitment outcomes and measurable business impact.

3. Recruitment Ambassador: As an ambassador, the Sr. Recruiter serves as a strategic representative of the Recruitment Team, expected to actively participate in in-person, face-to-face engagements with Clients, Leadership, Corporate teams and external partners. This includes client meetings, leadership discussions, marketing linkages, and internal corporate events - demonstrating strong executive presence and confidently articulating recruitment strategy and business impact.

Core Metrics:

  • Time to Accept: Has delivered quality candidates within an average of 14 days or less for technical hiring.
  • Fill Rate: Has filled at least 75% of assigned technical & software development job openings within a 12-week rolling period.
  • Placement Retention: Has maintained 80% or higher placement retention at 30, 60, and 90 days.
  • Customer and Candidate Satisfaction: Has ensured consistent, high-quality client engagement, and delivered positive candidate experience and strong feedback scores.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience specialising in technical and software development roles.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong track record in sourcing, assessing, and placing candidates across software development and technical skills.
  • Proven project management capability - was able to act as a project owner by driving recruitment initiatives, process improvements, operational efficiency, and stakeholder alignment to deliver measurable impact.
  • Demonstrated ability to serve as a recruitment ambassador with experience representing the team in client meetings, leadership discussions, marketing engagements, and corporate events - confidently presenting recruitment strategy and business value.
  • Highly accountable, independent, and collaborative in remote environments.

Location: Davao, Also open to Bacolod, Cebu, Makati

Work Set up: Hybrid

The role is primarily remote; however, it requires someone who is willing and able to report onsite or represent the Recruitment team in person when necessary.

Work Schedule:

  • Mid-Shitt, 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM, Mondays to Fridays
  • During onboarding (2 weeks to 1 month) - Morning Shift 5 AM or 6 AM start, Tuesdays to Saturdays
  • Flexy for events
