As Senior Technical Recruiter, you will support the organization's talent acquisition efforts by focusing on candidate sourcing, job advertisement management, and recruitment coordination. This role is responsible for identifying and attracting qualified candidates through various sourcing channels, posting job vacancies across appropriate platforms, and maintaining an active talent pipeline. The Senior Technical Recruiter will also works closely with the HR Supervisor – Talent Attraction in preparing recruitment reports, maintaining recruitment trackers, and supporting recruitment initiatives to ensure an efficient and organized hiring process and contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partner and Onboarding Team to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment and placement process for plantilla, contractual, and project-based positions in accordance with approved hiring procedures
- Source qualified candidates for executive, managerial, professional, and staff-level positions using various recruitment channels, including job boards, professional networks, social media, employee referrals, and direct sourcing.
- Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline to support current and future hiring requirements.
- Assist in implementing talent attraction strategies and maintain partnerships with universities, schools, recruitment agencies, headhunters, job fairs, and other external recruitment partners.
- Regularly review and update all posted vacancies to ensure information remains accurate and current across all recruitment platforms.
- Keep track of employment records and coordinate with concerned departments for necessary actions.
- Administer employment assessments, examinations, and other pre-employment tests, and evaluate results for endorsement to hiring managers.
- Maintain and regularly update the Recruitment Tracker, Recruitment Dashboard, manpower monitoring files, and other recruitment tracking systems to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Ensures employment contracts are approved promptly and issued to employees without delay
- Ensures the Recruitment Tracker and Dashboard are consistently updated and monitored for completeness
- Ensures the on-time preparation submission of necessary reports with regards to recruitment to concerned government agencies.
- On-time preparation of employment contracts and other documents required to manpower movement, promotion, extension, renewal, etc.
- Prepares Attraction, Turnover, and other related reports.
To Succeed in this Role, we need someone who:
- Has a strong and well-established network of technical professionals across various industries, particularly in energy or power and other specialized fields.
- Demonstrates proven experience in sourcing and engaging passive candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, talent databases, referrals, and networking.
- Possesses strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with Hiring Managers, candidates, and business leaders.
- Is proactive, resourceful, and results-driven, with the ability to manage multiple technical requisitions while delivering high-quality candidates within agreed timelines.
What You Will Need:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology/ Human Resource Management or any course related to the functions of the job
- 5-8 years of relevant experience
Technical / Functional Skills:
- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors
- Strong skills in Boolean Search
