What will you do as a Senior Technical Product Owner
Each product has different needs, but your role consistently focuses on shaping and delivering value where product and technology meet:
- Translate product strategy into clear, technically informed outcomes and priorities
- Work closely with engineers and architects to shape feasible, scalable solutions
- Own and refine the backlog, ensuring it reflects both customer value and technical constraints
- Partner with Product Managers to align what we build with how it gets delivered
- Enable delivery teams by removing ambiguity and making informed trade-offs
- Facilitate team flow through ceremonies that drive alignment and progress (not just process)
- Support quality, resilience, and operability through involvement in QA, UAT, and incident management
- Surface risks early—particularly where product ambition and technical reality diverge
Please review the attached job description for further details on the role.

- Experience working in agile environments, with a focus on outcomes over output
- Strong influencing skills—able to align without authority across disciplines
- Excellent communication skills across both technical and non-technical audiences
Desirable
- Experience working in complex, regulated, or legacy-rich environments
- Exposure to platforms, integrations, or systems with significant technical constraints
