FMC Research Solutions is looking for a Senior Tech Lead Developer (Architecture) to lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions. Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable web applications and RESTful APIs.
- Design scalable, secure, and maintainable software architecture and system solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code while enforcing development standards.
- Lead code reviews, technical design discussions, and Agile ceremonies.
- Troubleshoot and optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Mentor developers and provide technical leadership.
- Build and deploy containerized applications using Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software development, with proven technical leadership experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python, React, and RESTful API development.
- Experience designing scalable software architecture and distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases, Docker, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, software design patterns, and engineering best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills.
