Job Description

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

25%-Reviews and participates in the works of lower level specialist
25%-Provides technical/ instructional services to agency Beneficiaries
25%-Develops procedures and techniques in assessing TVET needs as well as in formulating educational training program for a subject field
20%-Conduct independent research and studies and
5%-Performs such other functions as may be authorized.

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

-Holder of NTTC and NC II in any qualification/s
-Conducts training and competency assessment
-Develop quality standards and procedures
-Implements programs, projects and systems
-Implements quality standards and procedures
-Coordinates the implementation of activities (organization of resources, monitoring and evaluation)
-Prepare Reports (gather data, draft reports and finalize reports).
-Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications
-Good in networking and linkaging
-Possesses positive work values
-Good interpersonal relations
-Good Moral Character and work ethics
-Willing to work under pressure
