Job Description

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

20% Supervise and Facilitate TVET Training programs
15% Facilitate Registration of UTPRAS documents
15% Assists the Operating Unit (OU) Head in planning, directing, supervising and coordinating the unit operations and activities to ensure efficient and effective program implementation
10% Conducts research and innovation to improve methods of instruction
10% Develops and review Curriculum and Competency-Based Materials
10% Ensures the implementation and conduct of the programs and projects
10% Coordinates with the industry partners and interested parties/clients in the implementation of PTC Training programs
5% Facilitate preparation and submission of periodic reports
5% Performs other related functions.

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

. Good in oral and written communications/Technical Writing
. Working knowledge of MS Office Applications
. Good inter-personal relationships and work attitude
. Good moral character and work ethics
. Can work under pressure
