Job Description

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

20% Review and participates in the works of lower-level specialist
20% Implements TESD programs, projects and systems
15% Provides technical services to agency beneficiaries and stakeholders
15% Gathers and process data related to research and studies
10% Coordinates the programs and services in the provincial office
10% Prepares internal and external communication
5% implements quality standards and procedures and
5% Performs other related functions

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

. Good in oral and written communications/Technical Writing
. Working knowledge of MS Office Applications
. Good inter-personal relationships and work attitude
. Good moral character and work ethics
. Can work under pressure
