Job Description
THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
20% Facilitates and delivers competency-based training
10%Prepares session plan, progress chart and trainee evaluation
10%Develops competency-based learning materials/devices
10%Conducts studies and research on special phases of instruction to improve methods of instructions
10%Prepares and administers tests to evaluate instructions
10%Provides guidance and support to trainees and graduates
5%Maintenance of tools, equipment and facilities used in the training program
20%Conducts competency assessment
5% Performs other functions as may be required.
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Preferably holder of higher NTTC related to Welding / Automotive
Preferably with at least two (2) industry related to NTTC
