Senior Technical Architect - Enterprise Architecture

• Work with executives and stakeholders to turn business vision and strategies into actionable plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Create business capability models and roadmaps to support strategic priorities and guide long-term planning.
• Develop and implement enterprise business architecture frameworks to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
• Map business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and optimize operations.
• Collaborate with IT, product, and operations teams to align business needs with technology solutions.
• Lead workshops and discussions to gather requirements and ensure effective team collaboration.
• Establish business architecture governance, adhere to standards, and develop KPIs to measure the success of architecture initiatives.
• Contribute to the development and communication of Business Architecture techniques at Allianz Technology.
• Manage a Business Architecture knowledge base.
• Perform Business Architecture/Enterprise Architecture activities for strategic projects to meet business needs and goals.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of business capability modeling, process mapping, and enterprise frameworks (eg, TOGAF, BIZBOK).
• Experience aligning technology solutions with business objectives.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to engage senior stakeholders.
• Industry experience in financial services, healthcare, or technology, and proficiency in business architecture tools (eg, Sparx EA, ARIS, MEGA).
• 8+ years of experience in business architecture, enterprise architecture, or related strategic roles , with a total of more than 17 years of industry experience.
• Bachelor s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field, along with certifications like Certified Business Architect (CBA), TOGAF, or similar.
• Familiarity with Architecture Modelling Tools (eg, ADoIT, Archimate).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to negotiate with diverse audiences, including at the senior level.
