Job Description
Senior Technical Analyst
Must Have:
. Minimum of 10 years of experience in the P&C insurance industry, with exposure to commercial insurance.
. Skilled in interpreting and working with data models.
. Proficient in developing workflow diagrams.
. Familiar with policy administration systems (Client)
. Comfortable working with rating structures, underwriting workflows, and digital submission processes
Nice to Have:
. CPCU, AINS certifications
. Deep Understanding of commercial lines such as General Liability, Property, Workers Compensation, Commercial Auto, and others
. Experience with Guidewire and/or other leading policy admin systems.
Responsibilities:
. Lead backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and release planning with internal development teams and external vendors.
. Author and manage high-quality epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and capability matrices.
. Facilitate refinement sessions, product demos, and sprint reviews
. Provide input on project scope, resource planning, and delivery timelines.
. Lead impact analysis for change requests or scope adjustments and communicate trade-offs to stakeholders.
. Ensure effective alignment between business goals, system capabilities, and development execution.
. Collaborate closely with technical teams to validate system design and data flows meet product requirements
