Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role, with a focus on quality assurance, employee engagement, and operational excellence.
  • Strong ability to mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of growth and accountability.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in client-facing interactions.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead/direct process improvement initiatives and manage cross-functional projects.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach to driving organizational goals.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years People Manager/TL experience
  • Problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
  • Stakeholder/Client Management
