Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Tax Specialist based in the National Capital Region, Philippines. The Senior Tax Specialist will oversee tax compliance, manage tax preparation processes, and ensure alignment with local and national tax regulations. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing tax returns, reconciling financial statements, and providing expert guidance on tax matters to clients. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with the accounting team to ensure accuracy and timely submissions.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and expertise in Tax Compliance, Tax Preparation, and general Tax regulations
• Proficiency in Financial Statements and understanding of Accounting principles
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification is a plus
• Prior experience in tax advisory or a similar role is highly desirable
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
