We are seeking a highly skilled Senior US Tax Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise, excellent time-management abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

The main responsibilities of a Senior US TAX ASSOCIATE include:

  • Prepare and review complex tax returns with a high degree of accuracy, ensuring submissions require minimal revisions from managers.
  • Apply advanced technical knowledge of US tax laws, regulations, and accounting principles to all engagements.
  • Manage and schedule multiple projects based on priorities, due dates, and workload—consistently completing tasks on time and preventing last-minute rushes.
  • Provide support, guidance, and mentorship to junior team members when needed.
  • Maintain strict adherence to firm policies, procedures, confidentiality standards, and professional conduct.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve issues, clarify requirements, and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
  • Perform other tax-related and administrative duties as assigned.

To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:

  • 2-3 years of work experience in Tax Accounting in a public accounting firm, preferably with US Tax experience.
  • Must have a college degree in Accountancy.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple high-demand engagements simultaneously while meeting budget and deadline expectations.
  • Advanced technical proficiency across a wide range of US tax and accounting issues.
  • Demonstrated professionalism and composure, especially in high-pressure situations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks and other Accounting software, a must.
  • Willing to work 100% onsite in Makati with 6:00AM - 3:00PM fixed schedule.
