Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team, specializing in family office accounting for U.S.-based clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and consulting, with at least 3 years of experience working in or with U.S. family offices. This role requires a high level of discretion, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage complex financial structures.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations for high-net-worth individuals and family offices.
- Prepare and review financial statements, general ledgers, and account reconciliations.
- Handle multi-entity accounting, including trusts, partnerships, and investment vehicles.
- Assist with budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and financial planning.
- Coordinate with tax advisors to ensure accurate and timely tax filings.
- Maintain compliance with U.S. GAAP and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Support audits and liaise with external auditors as needed.
- Provide financial insights and reporting to family office principals and stakeholders.
- Utilize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage Intacct) and family office platforms..
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a U.S.-based family office or consulting firm.
- Strong understanding of U.S. tax and financial regulations.
- Experience with investment accounting, estate planning structures, and intercompany transactions.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
