Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Tax Accountant based in Kapitolyo, Pasig. The Senior Tax Accountant will be responsible for managing tax compliance, preparing and filing tax returns, and ensuring the organization's adherence to local tax regulations. The role involves preparing and analyzing financial statements, maintaining accurate accounting records, and ensuring that financial activities align with organizational goals. The candidate will also collaborate with internal teams to optimize financial processes and reports.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Tax Compliance, Tax Preparation, and Taxation knowledge
• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements
• Solid background in Accounting principles and practices
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage tax deadlines
• Advanced knowledge of relevant tax laws and financial regulations
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial tools
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is a strong advantage
• Excellent organizational abilities and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with non-profit organizations is a plus
