Role Description The Senior Tax Accountant is a full-time, on-site role based in Metro Manila. This role is responsible for overseeing tax compliance and preparation for individual and corporate clients, including reviewing tax returns, monitoring regulatory changes, and ensuring accurate and timely filings. The Senior Tax Accountant will analyze financial statements, provide tax planning advice, and identify opportunities for optimization while minimizing risk. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising junior staff, reviewing work papers, coordinating with clients to gather necessary information, and ensuring that all accounting and tax processes adhere to professional standards and local regulations. The role also involves contributing to process improvements and supporting the firm's commitment to high-quality client service.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in tax-related work, including Tax, Tax Compliance, and Tax Preparation.
• Solid foundation in Accounting and preparation and analysis of Financial Statements.
• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or a related field; CPA license preferred.
• Several years of progressive experience in tax accounting, ideally in a public accounting firm.
• Proficiency with accounting and tax software, and strong Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and a client-focused mindset.
• Ability to work on-site in Metro Manila, manage multiple deadlines, and mentor junior team members.
