What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a Senior Talent Sourcer who has a passion for identifying and engaging talented individuals across global markets. Someone excited about working in the realm of emerging technology, who thrives in a multicultural environment and is constantly developing their sourcing craft. This professional will play a key role in building pipelines for technical teams across the USA and EU, operating from our Manila hub.
Your Background & Experience
- 4+ years of dedicated talent sourcing or recruitment experience, with a strong focus on technical profiles (software engineering, data, cloud, and related disciplines).
- Demonstrated success in proactive sourcing and pipeline building for roles across the United States and European Union, with a solid understanding of market-specific talent pools, sourcing channels, compensation benchmarks, and candidate behaviour in each region.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent sourcing requisitions in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Advanced English skills, both spoken and written— mandatory.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and research skills, with a data-informed approach to sourcing strategy.
- Track record of building authentic candidate relationships and delivering high-quality, engaged pipelines to recruiting and hiring manager partners.
- Must be willing and able to work USA business hours (aligned to US Eastern or Central Time zones), supporting real-time collaboration with North American stakeholders and candidates. This will involve working a night shift from Manila.
What You'll Be Doing
Talent Sourcing (Primary Focus)
- Proactively identify, engage, and nurture top technical talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, talent communities, GitHub, and other creative sourcing chan
- nels.Build and maintain robust, diverse talent pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs across the USA and EU markets.
Market Intelligence
- Stay current on labour market trends, talent availability, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity across target geographies to inform sourcing strategies.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements, intake briefs, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Provide regular pipeline updates, sourcing metrics, and market insights to drive informed hiring decisions.
Candidate Experience
- Deliver a professional, engaging, and timely candidate experience from first outreach through handoff to the recruiting team.
Compliance & Best
- PracticeEnsure sourcing activities align with relevant data privacy regulations, including GDPR (EU candidates) and applicable US state-level requirements, as well as Philippine DPDPA obligations and company policy.
