Location: Pampanga/Tarlac/Manila/Cebu

The Senior Talent Engagement & Client Delivery Officer is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment delivery for assigned clients, ensuring high-quality talent placement, strong stakeholder engagement, and consistent achievement of hiring targets.

This role acts as a key support to the Lead by driving recruitment execution, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring adherence to best practices across the talent acquisition lifecycle.

Responsibilities

+ Delivery Ownership: Manage recruitment for assigned clients, ensuring timely and quality hires.

+ Client Engagement: Partner with clients to understand hiring needs, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.

+ Candidate Management: Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

+ Quality & Efficiency: Maintain high standards in candidate screening, endorsements, and process execution.

+ Metrics & Reporting: Track and deliver recruitment KPIs, ensuring alignment with team targets.

+ Team Support: Coach and guide Officers, supporting skill development and performance improvement.

+ Process Adherence: Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, tools, and policies.

Key Qualifications/Experience

+ 3–5 Years Experience: Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in client-facing or high-volume environments.

+ End-to-End Recruitment: Strong capability in managing full-cycle recruitment (sourcing to offer management).

+ Client Management: Experience in handling client relationships, understanding hiring needs, and providing strategic input.

+ Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and influence hiring decisions.

+ ATS & Systems: Proficient in ATS platforms and recruitment tools for pipeline management and reporting.

+ Process Improvement: Ability to identify gaps and recommend improvements in recruitment workflows.

+ Performance Management: Capable of tracking recruitment metrics and ensuring delivery against KPIs.

+ Coaching & Mentoring: Provides guidance and support to junior team members to uplift performance.

+ Adaptability: Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments with changing priorities.
