Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment across various job levels, from Associate to C-suite positions. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to our hiring managers and HR business partners, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and timely fulfillment of hiring targets. This position reports directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager and does not have any direct reports.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Candidate Management

  • Provide comprehensive recruitment support for corporate, project-based, or volume hiring requirements.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates based on specific job profiles.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between hiring managers and candidates seamlessly.
  • Endorse top-tier talent to Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners (HRBPs).

Coordination & End-to-End TA Support

  • Act as the primary point of contact between Talent Acquisition, Hiring Managers, HRBPs, and candidates.
  • Ensure a smooth handoff of selected candidates from the TA team to the HR Operations/HRBP teams for onboarding.
  • Support campus recruitment, internship programs, and specialized project-based hiring activities.

Documentation & Tracking

  • Maintain and regularly update recruitment trackers, databases, and monitoring files.
  • Ensure complete, accurate, and compliant records of candidate profiles, endorsements, and approvals.
  • Track recruitment status, SLAs, and hiring progress for all assigned projects.

Process & Stakeholder Support

  • Uphold internal recruitment compliance, policies, and documentation standards.
  • Provide data-driven, timely recruitment updates and reports to the TA Lead and key stakeholders.

Administrative & Project Support

  • Assist in preparing recruitment reports, metric summaries, and presentations.
  • Support ad-hoc TA-related projects, process improvement initiatives, and vendor accreditations (e.g., Headhunters, Universities).

Team Activities & Deliverables (Hiring SLAs)

  • Manage assigned Personnel Requisition Forms (PRFs) ensuring timelines are met:
  • Staff / Senior Staff: 45 60 days
  • Associate to Senior Manager: 60 days
  • AVP and up: 90 days
  • Assist the Manager with strategic ad-hoc tasks, including headhunter sourcing and university accreditation.

Job Requirements

Education & Experience

Education: Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Mathematics, or any related field.

Experience: Requires 35 years of solid experience in Talent Acquisition / Full-Cycle Recruitment (Note: Updated from payroll to match job duties).

Leadership: Individual contributor role (0 subordinates).

Technical Knowledge & Systems

  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is highly preferred but not required.
