Your Role:
As a
SeniorTalent Acquisition Specialist, you will:
- Execute end-to-end recruitment from job posting and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding for complex to niche roles.
- Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and networking.
- Screen all applications to ensure they meet the specific credentials, skills, and experience required for each position.
- Endorse qualified candidates regularly to hiring managers and provide consistent hiring updates to ensure alignment.
- Facilitate calibration sessions and hand-off processes to stakeholders in Operations and Human Resources.
- Implement and manage assigned recruitment tools and processes to optimize hiring efficiency.
- Mentor junior TA Specialists and Associates while serving as a backup lead for the team when necessary.
- Promote a safe and healthy workplace by reporting hazards and completing all necessary compliance training.
What You Need:
Non-negotiables- Bacheloru0027s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain service quality under time pressure.
- Ability to work additional hours or travel across sites as dictated by business demands.
Preferred skills/expertise- At least 2 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar end-to-end recruitment role.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various sourcing job portals.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills for effective offer management and stakeholder relations.
- Analytical mindset to connect information from multiple angles and find adequate hiring solutions.
