Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment services while serving as a strategic talent advisor to assigned business units within the organization. The role partners with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, develop effective recruitment strategies, improve hiring outcomes, and ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience. The position also contributes to employer branding, talent pipeline development, recruitment analytics, process improvement, and workforce planning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring requirements, competencies, and candidate profiles.
- Build and maintain talent pools for critical positions.
- Support employer branding initiatives across digital and social platforms.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates using behavioral and competency-based Interviewing techniques.
- Monitor key performance indicators including:
- Time-to-Fill
- Time-to-Hire
- Offer Acceptance Rate
- Quality of Hire
- Candidate Satisfaction
- Hiring Manager Satisfaction
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, offers, and pre-employment requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Support workforce planning and succession initiatives
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with organizational policies and employment regulations.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Assist the HR department with special projects as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related discipline.
Experience
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Experience supporting multiple business functions in a Shared Services or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment preferred.
- Experience recruiting across corporate, technical, operational, and professional roles
- Demonstrated experience partnering with business leaders and hiring managers.
- Experience in Competency-based interviewing, workforce planning, Recruitment analytics and reporting, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive information with professionalism.
- Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced shared services environment with changing priorities
- Works effectively across HR teams, business units, and external partners.
Other Requirements
- Willing to work onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa.
