Role Description

The Talent Acquisition, Senior Specialist is responsible for end-to-end recruitment delivery across Southeast Asia, partnering closely with business leaders and HR to attract, assess, and hire top talent. This role plays a critical execution-focused position, ensuring high-quality hiring outcomes, strong candidate experience, and efficient recruitment processes.

  • End-to-End Recruitment Delivery
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment across assigned business units and geographies within Southeast Asia
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and candidate profiles
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract diverse and high-quality candidate pipelines
  • Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to ensure strong talent selection
  • Stakeholder Partnership
  • Act as a trusted recruitment partner to hiring managers and HR Business Partners
  • Provide market insights, talent availability data, and hiring recommendations
  • Manage expectations and influence stakeholders to drive timely and informed hiring decisions
  • Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development
  • Leverage multiple sourcing channels (direct sourcing, job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, agencies)
  • Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles
  • Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen talent attraction in the region
  • Candidate Experience & Employer Branding
  • Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
  • Represent the company's values and employee value proposition effectively to candidates
  • Support local and regional employer branding activities (career fairs, online campaigns, etc.)
  • Recruitment Process Excellence
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, processes, and local labor regulations
  • Maintain accurate data in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Track and report key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness)
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Vendor & Agency Management (as required)
  • Engage and manage external recruitment agencies when needed
  • Ensure agencies deliver quality candidates aligned with expectations and timelines

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably with regional exposure in Southeast Asia
  • Proven track record in managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple roles and functions
  • Experience in direct sourcing and stakeholder management is essential
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Hands-on recruitment expertise with strong sourcing capability
  • Good understanding of Southeast Asia talent markets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Data-driven mindset with attention to detail
  • Collaborative and team-oriented approach
  • Ability to understand site operation issues, risks, practices and workforce challenges.
