Talent Acquisition Specialist Project Based (1 Year)

Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to support a 1-year recruitment project focused on volume and niche hiring. This role will be based onsite in Alabang and will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to execute end-to-end recruitment for specific projects and business units.
This position is ideal for a hands-on recruiter with strong sourcing skills who can work independently and manage multiple requisitions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Execution
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned projects including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and offer processing.
- Deliver hiring targets for volume hiring campaigns as well as specialized/technical roles.
- Maintain a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Sourcing & Talent Engagement
- Utilize direct sourcing methods including LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and talent networks.
- Build and maintain active talent pipelines for critical roles.
- Support talent mapping for niche skills as required.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and project priorities.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment status, pipeline health, and time-to-fill metrics.
Recruitment Operations
- Maintain accurate recruitment data in ATS and other systems.
- Support reporting for recruitment metrics and project KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and internal guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 35 years of recruitment experience, preferably in BPO, KPO, or corporate services.
- Strong experience in direct sourcing, volume hiring, and niche role recruitment.
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, project-based environment.
