The Role
We're hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead high-volume, blue-collar recruitment — building the operators, technicians, and shop-floor workforce powering our production lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Mass-source candidates for Production Operators, Technicians, Machine Operators, Quality Inspectors, Warehouse/Logistics, and General Workers
- Build a ready-to-deploy talent pipeline for continuous hiring waves
- Run walk-in interviews, job fairs, and referral drives
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing → screening → offer → onboarding
- Partner with production supervisors on manpower planning and shift needs
- Track time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and attrition metrics
- Champion the employer brand within the local workforce community
Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years in Talent Acquisition, with high-volume/blue-collar hiring experience
- Background in manufacturing, factory, or warehouse recruitment preferred
- Strong mass-sourcing skills — job portals, walk-ins, community drives
- Results-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Bahasa Malaysia essential; Mandarin a plus
