As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you are responsible for:

• Ensure the Job description provided by the client and communicated by the Sales / Client Experience Team reflects the detail required to recruit effectively for the role including the top 5 requirements and the nice to have skills.

• Ensure the role is accurately represented in the Job Ad and added to the ATS with all relevant information for reference during the end‑to‑end process.

• Liaise daily with the People & Partnership Team for your business sector to confirm the requirements for the active roles you are working on. Proactively relay any delays or blockages which may impact on the schedule so it can be communicated to the client.

• Utilise the Talent Acquisition Team Coordinator (TATC) at the beginning of the Talent Acquisition process to understand the current marketplace and discuss how to effectively target the right candidates for the role. Ensure a database search is conducted in the ATS – Job Adder – to understand the talent available.

• Source for Candidates that fit the role using all channels available, including but not limited to Bestjobs, LinkedIn, Jobstreet, Monster, etc. Throughout this process you are required to develop and create new ways of sourcing talent.

• Promptly process and screen all applicants, working closely with the Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) to proactively move candidates through the recruitment stages in Manatal. Use the provided templates to screen, interview suitable candidates and qualify their skills and experience using the Job description.

• Ensure you have interviewed all candidates based on the requirements and culture fit before shortlisting to move to the next recruitment stage.

• Utilise the shortlisting tools to prepare a shortlist of qualified candidates that meet the job brief.

• Work with the TAS to prepare Candidate Snapshots outlining the skills, qualifications, accomplishments and strengths.

• Ensure the candidates are available on scheduled client interviews and ensure they are briefed on presentation, communication and requirements. Call, send SMS and email invitations to make sure all details are available and clear.

• Speak with the P&P Team as soon as possible after the Client Interview. Confirm the next steps for the successful candidate.

• Facilitate Job Offer or coordinate EAF (for internal Candidates). Update all necessary reports.

• Send job offer signed notification to Sales, P&P Manager, TA, Accounts.

• Ensure all candidates have completed the Candidate Care Survey Form to monitor feedback and focus for improvement.

• Actively manage the database pool to ensure you have a connection with the candidates and they are open to a discussion when roles come up.

• Proactively update the P&P Team and Sales Team on the progress of the roles and communicate any challenges, blockages or issues that require urgent attention. Action Plans to be developed and executed.

• Support the referral program by meeting with the teams of the roles you are actively recruiting for. Spend time understanding the roles and informing the team of the requirements you are looking for.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent work experience

• 2–4 years of Recruitment or similar experience

• Familiar with Manatal or any Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

• Well versed in job portals such as LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.

• Proficient in MS Office and Google Docs

• Good understanding of candidate selection methods and of full cycle recruitment processes

• Exceptional human relations and verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work on multiple tasks at once in a fast‑paced environment

• Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality

• Good Customer Service skills and ability to courteously interact with candidates to ensure positive customer experience

• Flexible, trainable and enthusiastic

• Experience in LinkedIn Recruiter would be an advantage
