What You'll Do
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:
- Partner with local and global hiring leaders to understand and forecast current and future staffing needs.
- Design and implement talent acquisition strategies and comprehensive hiring plans to support volume hiring requirements.
- Champion our employment brand through creative campaigns and targeted initiatives.
- Source, engage, and pipeline qualified candidates to fill open positions and anticipate future needs, especially within the South East Asia (SEA) market.
- Plan and execute the full-cycle recruitment process—screening, interviews, and selection—to deliver a seamless candidate experience.
- Oversee and mentor recruiting personnel to drive efficient onboarding and enhance team capacity in high-volume environments.
- Organize and represent the company at career fairs, assessment centers, and industry-related events.
- Monitor and analyze key recruitment metrics to drive process improvements and optimize hiring outcomes.
- Contribute to employee retention and development efforts by recommending best-fit talent solutions.
What You'll Need To Succeed
- Proven track record in end-to-end, high-volume talent acquisition and full-cycle recruiting.
- Strong experience sourcing candidates for the South East Asia market.
- In-depth knowledge of selection methods and contemporary sourcing techniques.
- Advanced skills using social media platforms and job boards for recruitment.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to understand the competencies and responsibilities of diverse roles.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills—able to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to supervise the recruiting team.
- Data-driven approach to recruitment with a focus on quality, speed (meeting hiring targets within TAT), and candidate success.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
