We are looking for a
Senior Talent Partner based in Singapore to lead and elevate our
Sales & GTM hiring across the region. If you want to step away from administrative grind, leverage advanced tech, and act as a true consultant to senior business leaders, this is where you belong.
What You'll Actually Do
You will use advanced AI and talent intelligence tools to automate low-value tasks, freeing you up to focus on what matters most: market intelligence, deep stakeholder influence, and human connection.
- Be a Strategic Consultant: Partner directly with senior leadership to shape hiring decisions, compensation models, and offer strategies. You'll use real-time local market data to challenge assumptions and guide workforce planning.
- Own the Experience: Drive tight, efficient interview loops and advocate for elite candidate care, ensuring every interaction reflects Zendesk's vibrant culture and mission.
- Lead with Data: Diagnose hiring funnels and proactively pitch strategic pivots to leadership when a search needs a fresh approach.
- Collaborate Regionally: Partner with regional Talent Acquisition peers to align on global initiatives, elevate our employer brand, and champion impactful diversity outreach programs.
Who You Are

- The GTM Expert: You have 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, international corporate environment, with a proven track record of hiring top-tier Sales talent.
- An AI-Forward Thinker: You are excited about using generative AI and automation to optimize your workflow, paired with strong judgment regarding data privacy and mitigating algorithmic bias.
- The Trusted Advisor: You possess exceptional consultation and stakeholder management skills. You know how to deliver hard market truths smoothly, constructively, and backed by undeniable data.
- Regional Acumen: You understand regional labor markets, compensation nuances, and how talent strategy directly drives business growth.
