Job Description

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is passionate about solving hiring challenges side-by-side with hiring managers.

You'll act as a trusted advisorsomeone who understands the business, listens carefully, and helps leaders make smart, confident hiring decisions. You're not afraid to have honest conversations, whether it's highlighting a strong technical candidate or addressing potential concerns about fit or communication style.

Work Setup:

  • Hybrid setup; willing to report onsite 3x a week.
  • Client Coverage: Servicing US-based clients; Night-shift schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Coordination

  • Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers; provide market insights and recommendations.
  • Maintain steady job flow by understanding hiring needs and anticipating gaps.
  • Present candidates objectively, highlighting both strengths and potential concerns.
  • Deliver weekly client updates on submissions, pipelines, and progress.
  • Interpret client feedback to refine sourcing and selection strategies.
  • Coordinate with onboarding teams for seamless transitions from offer to start date.
  • Encourage timely client feedback to maintain recruitment momentum.

Recruitment Operations Leadership

  • Lead and mentor a small team of recruiters; balance workloads and coverage.
  • Track key metrics (time-to-fill, fill rates, submission volume) and coach for improvement.
  • Conduct regular pipeline reviews to remove bottlenecks and improve outcomes.
  • Support recruiters in sourcing, intervie wing, and client presentation best practices.
  • Partner with onboarding and compliance teams to expedite background checks.
  • Maintain strong data accuracy and ATS hygiene across the team.

Qualifications:

  • At least 23 years in full-cycle recruitment, with 23 years in a leadership or client-facing role.
  • Background in US-based RPO, BPO recruitment, or staffing firms.
  • Strong in ATS usage, sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics.
  • Excellent communication, executive presence, and problem-solving ability; interprets metrics to drive performance improvement.
  • Hands-on, collaborative, and coaching-oriented leadership style.
  • Builds trust through transparency and professional judgment.
