Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted TA advisor and strategic partner to hiring managers across business units
  • Own end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
  • Build strong talent pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and employer branding efforts.
  • Drive recruitment for all levels (including senior hires), ensuring speed, quality, and candidate experience.
  • Analyze market intelligence and hiring trends to guide strategic hiring decisions.
  • Partner with HRBPs and business leaders on workforce planning and organizational design.
  • Continuously improve hiring processes, tools, and candidate engagement strategies to ensure a high-performance recruitment engine.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 8-10 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in banking sectors.
  • Proven experience recruiting for diverse functions and senior roles in the Philippines.
  • Strong knowledge of the local talent market and hiring regulations in PH.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Passionate about talent, data-driven decision-making, and employer branding.
