About the Role

Sphere is scaling rapidly and we need a high-caliber Senior Talent Acquisition Lead to own the full recruiting lifecycle. You won't just source candidates—you'll be the front line of our hiring engine: running structured interviews, administering technical and behavioral assessments, scoring candidates against our rubrics, and presenting only the strongest finalists for executive review.

This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role. We're hiring 4–5 recruiters for this initial sprint, with top performers earning long-term positions as we build out the team.

What You'll Do

• Own the entire recruitment pipeline from sourcing through final-round scheduling for technical (full-stack, frontend, backend, DevOps, QA) and operational/admin roles

• Conduct initial screening calls and in-depth competency interviews

• Design, administer, and score technical assessments, coding challenges, and role-specific tests

• Build and maintain detailed candidate scorecards with written evaluations and hire/no-hire recommendations

• Present shortlisted candidates with comprehensive dossiers to the hiring executive

• Source top talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, talent communities, and direct outreach

• Manage and optimize ATS pipeline, ensuring zero candidates fall through the cracks

• Provide weekly hiring dashboards: pipeline metrics, time-to-fill, conversion rates, and bottleneck analysis

What You Bring

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong track record in tech hiring

• Deep fluency with sourcing tools: LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, Stack Overflow

• Exceptional English communication—confidence, professionalism, and warmth

• Experience designing and administering technical assessments

• Strong judgment to independently assess candidate quality

• ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, BreezyHR, or similar)

• Ability to manage 15–25+ active requisitions simultaneously

• Available to start immediately, full-time (40 hrs/week, PH/US timezone overlap)
