Job Summary
The Senior Talent Acquisition Lead is responsible for driving strategic hiring initiatives and managing recruitment functions for technical and corporate manpower requirements. The role focuses on building scalable recruitment strategies and ensuring efficient talent acquisition delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment campaigns for technical, IT, and corporate positions
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment timelines
- Create proactive sourcing strategies for niche and critical roles
- Oversee interview coordination, candidate assessment, and offer management
- Analyze hiring trends and recommend process improvements
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and hiring standards
- Mentor recruitment specialists and provide leadership support to the team
- Strengthen employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or equivalent
- Must have experience working in a Tech or IT company
- Minimum 5 years of Recruitment experience
- At least 3 years handling a leadership or managerial role in recruitment
- Strong technical recruitment and stakeholder management background
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience in high-volume and strategic hiring initiatives
