We're looking for an experienced Senior Systems Analyst to support and enhance Oracle ERP Financials solutions. In this role, you'll work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external service providers to analyze requirements, improve business processes, and deliver reliable system solutions that drive operational efficiency.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience supporting Oracle ERP Financials applications.
- At least 3 years of experience in Systems Analysis, Business Analysis, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP Financials modules, including GL, AP, AR, FA, and Cash Management.
- Experience gathering requirements, process mapping, and translating business needs into system solutions.
- Understanding of system integrations, ERP architecture, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Proficiency in SQL, reporting tools, data analysis, and troubleshooting complex system issues.
- Experience working with external vendors, managed service providers, or implementation partners.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across business and technical teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a proactive and customer-focused mindset.
What You'll Do:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional system solutions.
- Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements with stakeholders.
- Support and enhance Oracle ERP Financials modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management, and Fixed Assets (FA).
- Investigate system issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolution activities.
- Create functional specifications, process flows, system designs, and integration documentation.
- Collaborate with vendors and support partners on system enhancements, upgrades, and production support.
- Facilitate testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensure successful implementation of changes.
- Develop reports, data extracts, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes, system efficiency, and user experience.
- Maintain system documentation, conduct user training sessions, and support knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Work Set Up:
- Required onsite reporting of at least once per month.
- If onsite is required for more than one day, compliance with the onsite schedule is mandatory.
- Work schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Manila Time)
