Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Systems Analyst to support enterprise financial and procurement systems. This role works closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze requirements, design solutions, and support system enhancements across the full delivery lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead stakeholder discussions to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
  • Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications
  • Develop user stories, process flows, use cases, and system documentation
  • Collaborate with product owners, developers, and vendors on solution design and delivery
  • Support ERP enhancements, integrations, and reporting initiatives
  • Assist with system testing, UAT planning and execution, defect triage, and release readiness
  • Support training sessions, user enablement, and production support activities
  • Participate in Agile delivery activities including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release coordination
  • Ensure requirements traceability, solution quality, and alignment with business processes

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or Technical Business Analyst
  • Hands-on experience supporting ERP Financial or Procurement systems
  • Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and finance-related business processes
  • Experience working closely with technical teams on integrations, data, and reporting
  • Solid SQL skills and experience working with relational databases
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and communicate with senior business users

Preferred / Advantage Skills

  • Experience with Oracle ERP Financials (GL, SLA, Fixed Assets)
  • Exposure to ERP integrations, APIs, and cloud-based systems
  • Knowledge of procurement platforms such as Coupa
  • Background in accounting or finance systems
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable working with diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams

Work Setup

  • Contract-based role (with possible extension)
  • Hybrid work arrangement
