Senior Systems Analyst

Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications for Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical feasibility.

Duties and Responsibilities

Solution Development

Develop CRM components, including forms, workflows, plugins, dashboards, and reports.

Implement application logic using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and APIs.

Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules.

Demonstrate web development experience using the latest web stacks. Required for Process Factorial.

Integration & Technical Implementation

Build integrations using REST and demonstrate experience with Power Automate Flows.

Utilize Azure services, including Service Bus, Function Apps, Application Insights, API Management (APIM), Logic Apps, and App Service.

Support data exchange across systems.

DevOps

Provide implementation and deployment guides.

Package solutions and manage deployments across environments.

Demonstrate knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO) and GitHub.

Troubleshoot defects and production issues.

Requirements Analysis & Solution Design

Translate business needs into system designs.

Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend appropriate solutions.

Define integrations, data flows, and system interactions.

Documentation

Produce functional and technical specifications.

Create process flows, sequence diagrams, and data mappings.

Prepare deployment-ready documentation.

Stakeholder Engagement

Communicate effectively with business and technical teams.

Conduct solution demonstrations and walkthroughs.

Align requirements, scope, and expectations.
