Major Job Responsibilities:
Ensure weekly EHR data updates for existing Vestrum panel physicians.
Integrate new panel members from existing EMR systems.
Lead the data integrations, ETL process, and database operations based per
collaborators requirement.
Maintain and improve existing integrations while adding new EMR integrations
Continue to improve automated quality assurance functions to validate incoming
data and ensure data is loaded into the warehouse accurately.
Normalize various EMR data into Data Warehouse and analytical database
Maintain mapping tables for use by analysts (physicians, drugs, dosage forms and
strengths, etc.)
Link and transform patient activity data into standardized outputs.
Implement requirements for backup and recovery, ensuring successful nightly
recoverable backups of all databases.
Maintain data base documentation describing data elements.
Develop new data architecture and processes to improve performance using AWS
analytical services.
Proficiency in Python & Pyspark.
Ensure database security and compliance with HIPAA, GDPR.
Manage operations including distribution of weekly and monthly reports.
Communicate and maintain strong relations with collaborators.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
SQL Server to AWS migration using analytical services.
Client-focused approach with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize with attention to detail.
Strong logical, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
Proficiency in web development and scripting languages like Python and Shell.
Proficiency in SQL and relational database schema.
Expertise in relational database platforms: Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL.
Familiarity with server environments (Windows, Linux/Unix), Apache, IIS.
Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance standards.
Experience with validated systems and the clinical industry (preferred).
Project management and leadership experience.
Must be willing to work in Quezon City and Hybrid work arrangement
