Why Join Getz Pharma as a Supply Chain Manager
As a Supply Chain Manager, you will lead the end-to-end supply planning and importation operations, ensuring that the right products are available at the right time while maintaining the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance.
You will play a critical leadership role in shaping supply chain strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver efficient, compliant, and resilient pharmaceutical supply chain operations.
Lead End-to-End Supply Planning & Importation
- Drive the strategic direction and execution of supply chain operations; from planning and procurement to manufacturing and distribution.
- Lead stock policy management through data-driven analysis of lead time and demand variability.
- Manage imported shipments and liaise with brokers and distributors for all importation requirements and delivery schedules.
- Conduct monthly supply reviews and material ordering with suppliers.
- Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs on product transitions, packaging material liabilities, and new product launches.
- Oversee goods movement for all incoming shipments.
- Manage value-added services with distributors, including stickering, bundling, and rework.
Ensure Regulatory Compliance & Product Quality
- Safeguard product integrity and regulatory alignment across all supply chain activities.
- Lead audit readiness efforts, including internal, external, and regulatory inspections.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions in compliance with FDA, EMA, WHO, and other global regulatory standards.
Drive Operational Excellence & Performance
- Monitor and analyze KPIs such as OTIF, inventory turnover, and forecast accuracy.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
- Leverage ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and planning tools to streamline workflows and support data-driven decision-making.
Build and Lead a High-Performing Team
- Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Commercial, Finance, and IT.
- Build a culture of accountability, agility, and operational excellence.
- Support change management initiatives to drive sustainable improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or any related field.
- At least 57 years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare supply chain roles.
- In-depth knowledge of GMP, GDP, and global regulatory frameworks (FDA, EMA, WHO, etc.).
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, and supply chain planning tools.
- Proven experience in supplier and contract negotiation.
