About The Job

As a Senior Supply Chain Planner, you will play a central role in securing seamless production and material flow across outsourced manufacturing operations. You will act as the key interface with subcontractors, monitoring daily production status, resolving priority conflicts, and ensuring ontime deliveries. A critical part of the role is tracking purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers and forwarders on material movements, and guaranteeing material availability to meet demand. You will work closely with suppliers on build documentation and special requests, respond swiftly to urgent customer needs, and provide reliable shipment commitments for critical items. Collaboration with internal teams to align on targets and expectations is essential, as is applying your planning experience, software proficiency, and strong analytical capabilities to drive efficient, highquality execution in a fastpaced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary interface with subcontractors to ensure production deliveries are met.
  • Monitor daily production status to maintain smooth product flow in outsourced manufacturing operations.
  • Track purchase orders and ensure timely vendor processing.
  • Secure material availability to meet demand requirements.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and forwarders on material transfer arrangements.
  • Monitor cycle times of key processes to achieve delivery goals.
  • Resolve day-to-day conflicts in production priorities.
  • Liaise with suppliers regarding build documents and special work requests.
  • Respond to urgent requirements from Customer Service and provide shipment commitments for critical items.
  • Collaborate closely with internal groups to align on targets and expectations.

Qualification And Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Enginering, Business Administration or a related field
  • Several years of planning experience in a manufacturing environment (Semiconductor industry experience is an advantage but not required)
  • Experience with planning software
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
