Job Purpose:
- The Senior Supply Chain Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end execution of supply chain operations ensuring delivery of business targets through effective planning, customer service, logistics, and cost management.
- The role translates business strategy into operational execution by ensuring strong alignment across demand planning, supply planning, logistics, and customer service. It plays a critical role in delivering high service levels, optimal inventory, and efficient cost-to-serve, while continuously improving processes and capabilities across the supply chain.
Key Accountabilities
Demand and Supply Planning
- Lead Integrated Business Planning (IBP) / S&OP execution to ensure alignment of demand, supply, and inventory with business targets
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing to ensure demand plans reflect commercial priorities and growth ambitions
- Partner with regional/global planning teams to improve forecast accuracy and supply reliability
- Manage inventory levels, minimizing ageing stock, write-offs, and working capital exposure
Customer Service and Logistics
- Oversee customer service and logistics operations to ensure right product, right time delivery to customers
- Manage 3PL providers, distributors, and logistics partners to deliver required service levels and cost targets
- Monitor and improve distribution and storage cost efficiency while maintaining DIFOT performance
- Ensure efficient importation, customs clearance, and compliance with regulatory requirements
Supply Chain Optimization & Cost Management
- Drive initiatives to optimize warehouse footprint, transport network, and distribution models
- Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities across logistics, warehousing, and operations
- Ensure strong controls on inventory management, reconciliation, and stock integrity
New Product Development (NPD) Support
- Partner with Marketing and R&D to support new product launches and product renovations
- Ensure supply readiness, cost alignment, and operational feasibility for new products
- Support delivery of target cost of goods sold (COGS) and service requirements
Food Safety, Quality & Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards across the supply chain
- Oversee investigation and resolution of customer and consumer complaints
- Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, BOC, BIR, DTI)
Health, Safety & Risk Management
- Support implementation of health and safety standards across supply chain operations and third-party providers
- Ensure business continuity plans (BCP) are established and maintained across operations
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and develop a high-performing supply chain team across planning, logistics, and customer service
- Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Build capability in planning, execution, and data-driven decision-making

- Finance and Supply Chain Director
- Sales, Marketing, and Commercial teams
- Regional / Global Supply Chain Teams
- Third-party providers (3PLs, distributors, suppliers, brokers)
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 8–12 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or logistics roles within FMCG or multinational companies
- Strong experience in planning, logistics, and customer service operations
- Proven experience in managing 3PLs, distributors, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience in Integrated Business Planning (IBP) / S&OP processes
- Exposure to importation, regulatory compliance, and multi-market supply chains
- Experience in continuous improvement or transformation initiatives
