About The Opportunity
The Senior Supply Chain Analyst supports demand planning and supply chain operations through data analysis, demand and supply coordination, order management support, and maintenance of planning data. The role works closely with Supply Planners, Customer Care, Sales, Logistics, and Operations teams to support product availability, improve demand planning accuracy, and ensure effective order fulfillment.
Your tasks include
- Lead demand planning and supply coordination activities to ensure product availability and optimal inventory levels
- Analyze sales history, forecast trends, and demand patterns to improve forecast accuracy and identify business risks
- Monitor and manage open orders, ensuring timely follow-up and effective order fulfillment completion
- Generate and interpret key supply chain metrics (service levels, forecast accuracy, inventory performance) to support decision-making
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party logistics providers to resolve supply chain issues and improve operational efficiency
- Maintain and improve data quality in SAP and related systems, ensuring accurate planning and reporting
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to supply chain projects with measurable business impact
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in supply chain, demand planning, logistics, or operations (typically 4–6+ years for S5 level)
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities; experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
- Demonstrated ability to translate data into insights and influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail with a structured and problem-solving mindset
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate in a global, matrix environment
- Willingness and ability to support North America operations in a night shift schedule
