Job Description:
1. Supervise movement of both Production and NPI lots under the assigned product line.
2. Manage direct labor associated with Production and NPI lots
3. Conduct start of the shift production calibration to cover critical announcement on delivery, quality and other issues
4. Monitor performance of every personnel under his/her organization
5. Identify, recommend and promote quality initiatives
6. Perform and coordinate needed time and motion study with IE to align and update standards and capacity models.
7. Maintain resource needs by working with relative parties like HR, PC and IE
8. Plan, manage risk and implement production schedule and manpower deployment on a weekly and monthly basis.
9. Develop flexibility and cross training programs for operators to support immediate need on capacity.
10. Monitor, assess and improve weekly KPIs
11. Support Factory 4.0 Program of the company
12. Implement and support continous improvement program on delivery, quality and cost reduction.
13. Adhere and implement company policies including guiding values and programs.
Requirements/Qualifications:
1. Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Engineering preferably Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or Electronics Engineering.
2. Minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing industry preferably in semiconductor test and assembly operations.
3. Handled 30 operators or more
4. Knowledgeable on Microsoft Office Applications
5. Knowledgeable on capacity analysis and time study methodologies.
6. Good attitude and excellent motivation to work
7. Capable of shifting schedule.
