About The Job
The primary task is overseeing the Early Collections calling, monitors and drives collection goals and targets for their respective teams. It is also responsible for maintaining smooth and quality collections calling and implementing strategies to improve the collection of outstanding credit.
What You Will Do
- Supervise and coach a team of credit and collection representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure they adhere to company policies and meet performance targets.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.
- Drive team productivity and effectiveness to optimize costs and improve performance.
- Monitor and ensure the team's compliance in mandatory requirements which includes but is not limited to APE, Training, Courses, etc
- Handle and resolve escalated calls as need to
- Ensures discipline and observance of the EDP within the department
- Assists with other tasks that might be needed within the EC (Early Collections) management team
What You Need To Have
- Proficient in using financial analysis tools/ software.
- Has good command in MS Office application
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze complex financial data.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. or related roles, preferably in banking, consumer finance, insurance, telco, or financial services
- Experience in Quality Assurance, Dialing, Systems or Process Management
- Knowledge in legal requirements related to Labor code and collections regulations
