Senior Structural Engineer

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in civil or Structural Engineering.

Regional Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience delivering Australian structural projects, with a strong focus on building structures (including residential, commercial, and healthcare/hospital projects).

Software Mastery:

• ETABS: Advanced proficiency (mandatory) for 3D modeling, lateral analysis, and building frame design.
• RAM Concept: Highly preferred for post-tensioned and reinforced concrete floor design.

Standards Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Australian Standards, including AS 1170 (Loading), AS 3600 (Concrete), and AS 4100 (Steel).

Technical Skills: Expertise in complex structural analysis for diverse building systems, and a proven track record of producing construction-ready documentation that aligns with Australian project expectations.

• Technical Communication: Proficiency in written and verbal English, with the ability to clearly articulate design intent and collaborate seamlessly with onshore multidisciplinary teams.
