  • Prepare and author technical documentation including reports, letters, and design submissions for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure all designs comply with company standards, industry regulations, and applicable codes.

Additional Responsibilities (where applicable):

  • Support the performance and development of junior team members, providing guidance, mentoring, training, and constructive feedback.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 7 years technical experience specialising in the design and analysis of building structures.
  • Proven experience working within an engineering design team, ideally within the technology or data centre sector.
  • Proficiency in structural design software such as Autodesk Revit, Tekla, and Robot Structural Analysis.
  • Strong understanding and application of Eurocodes and relevant design standards.
  • Ability to manage your own workload effectively while contributing as a collaborative team player.
  • Adaptability to work in an evolving industry, embracing new tools, technologies, and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
