Senior Staff Accountant US GAAP (Remote)

The Opportunity

We are hiring a Senior Accountant to take ownership of month-end close and financial reporting for US-based clients. You will work in lean, high-trust environments where your financial accuracy and process ownership directly support business growth.

What You Will Own

• Own full month-end close under US GAAP, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
• Maintain general ledger integrity and supporting schedules
• Prepare financial statements and management reports for US stakeholders
• Perform variance analysis and identify key financial movements
• Maintain audit-ready documentation
• Collaborate directly with US Controllers, CFOs, and finance leadership
• Drive accounting process improvements

What We're Looking For

• 4–6+ years of accounting experience with strong US GAAP exposure
• ERP experience (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, QuickBooks, or equivalent)
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Availability for US time zone overlap
