The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end hiring processes to meet company and client staffing requirements. This role focuses on delivering timely and cost-effective hiring results while maintaining quality standards through structured recruitment processes, data-driven strategies, and continuous improvements. The position also supports onboarding readiness by ensuring all hiring targets are met efficiently.
Recruitment Operations
- Execute day-to-day recruitment, selection, and placement processes.
- Ensure all staffing procedures align with company and client requirements.
- Conduct calibration and certification for new recruitment team members.
- Review and update recruitment processes, implementing improvements where necessary.
- Recommend and apply effective sourcing and recruiting strategies to increase candidate pipeline.
Headcount Fulfillment
- Ensure 100% on-time delivery of headcount requirements.
- Analyze hiring needs and compute expected applications based on historical hit rates.
- Develop and execute sourcing plans to meet application and hiring targets.
Cost Management
- Monitor and review cost per hire to ensure efficiency.
- Evaluate expenses related to sourcing activities, office supplies, and telephony usage.
Reporting & Metrics
- Gather and analyze recruitment data and performance metrics.

- Use insights to recommend improvements and optimize recruitment performance.
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- At least 6 months of recruitment experience (volume hiring preferred)
- Willing to render paid overtime when needed
- Open to shifting and flexible schedules
- Comfortable working onsite and engaging with candidates in person
