- Act as the functional owner of the interface between PROMIS and SAP, ensuring stable data exchange (e.g., production confirmations, batch data).
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to minimize system errors and streamline integration logic together with IT
- Monitor interface performance using real-time tools; create automated alerts and escalation paths for critical failures.
- Manage incident tracking, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for interface issues in collaboration with IT and MES teams.
- Own the development and maintenance of SCM reports, dashboards, and KPIs using tools like Power BI, Analysis for Office, and SAP BW.
- Translate business needs into scalable and automated reporting solutions in alignment with IT and business stakeholders.

- Maintain and evolve the reporting landscape, ensuring end-user access, version control, and performance optimization.
Profile description:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 57 years of experience in SCM reporting, MES/SAP integration, or manufacturing data systems.
- Hands-on experience with MES (e.g., PROMIS) and SAP (PP/MM/WM) modules and data flows.
- Proven track record of interface monitoring, troubleshooting, and sustaining operations.
- Strong skills in reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, SAP BW, SQL, or Analysis for Office.
- Proven expertise in reporting tools such as Power BI, Analysis for Office, or similar platforms.
- Strong ability to define project scope, requirements, and manage IT implementation projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong conceptual and analytical mindset.
- Experience working in international, cross-functional teams.
