Job description:
- Develop and execute short-, mid-, and long-term production plans based on demand forecasts
- Create detailed production schedules aligned with capacity, manpower, and machine availability
- Analyze production capacity and identify bottlenecks. Communicate risks and mitigation plans effectively
- Work closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, SCM, Logistics, and other support groups.
- Analyze product specifications to plan and ensure availability of materials and machines resources to ensure manufacturing work orders meet on time delivery schedule
- Ensure adherence to company policies, planning procedures, and industry standards.
- Act as a subject matter expert in planning and control systems. Support team development and knowledge sharing
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
Profile description:
- Diploma in Industrial Engineering / or experience in a technical field along with experience in planning/scheduling in a customized / engineered to order manufacturing environment
- Min 5 years experience in Manufacturing / Semiconductor Planning
- Strong knowledge and experience of SAP system, Excellent Microsoft office skills with strong analytical abilities
- Good communication & negotiation skills, multi-tasker and a good team player
- Ability to work under pressure to fulfil tight deadlines / stress management
