About You
You are an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud functional specialist with hands-on implementation experience in Core Finance and Procurement. You have successfully delivered Oracle Fusion implementations across multiple business units using standardized global templates and possess a strong understanding of finance and procurement business processes, governance, and Oracle leading practices. You are collaborative, analytical, and passionate about driving process standardization and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Implement Oracle Fusion Core Finance and Procurement using the approved global template.
- Configure Oracle Fusion in accordance with enterprise standards, Design Authority decisions, and Oracle leading practices.
- Evaluate business requirements and recommend configuration-first solutions, minimizing localization and customizations.
- Support fit-gap analysis, solution design validation, conference room pilots, SIT, UAT, cutover, hypercare, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, business users, and implementation partners to ensure successful deployment and adoption.
- Support continuous improvement of global business processes and identify opportunities to optimize standard Oracle functionality.
- Develop and maintain functional documentation, test scripts, training materials, and knowledge assets.
- Provide functional support, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure solution quality and stability.
Success Measures
- Oracle Fusion is successfully deployed in accordance with the approved global template.
- Global process standards are consistently adopted across business units with minimal localization.
- Business users achieve high adoption and operational readiness.
- Production issues are resolved within agreed service levels with minimal business disruption.
- Opportunities to improve standard functionality and simplify business processes are continuously identified and implemented.
- Solution documentation and knowledge transfer are complete, accurate, and maintained.
