ADI is seeking a Compliance Program Manager within Ethics, Compliance and Enterprise Risk to support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of ADI's global compliance programs. This role will report to senior compliance leadership and partner closely with global, crossfunctional teams across Legal, Finance, HR, IT, and Operations. This role will be based in BGC, Philippines.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Compliance Program Operations

  • Support the execution and ongoing enhancement of ADI's global compliance programs, aligned with the enterprise compliance risk assessment and ISO 37301 best practices.
  • Coordinate riskbased compliance activities, including program plans, metrics, and documentation.

Regulatory & Policy Management

  • Monitor relevant regulatory and enforcement developments and support the translation of requirements into policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating global compliance policies and standards.

Monitoring, Testing & Continuous Improvement

  • Execute compliance monitoring and testing activities, track findings, and support remediation and corrective action plans.
  • Support internal audits and management reviews of the compliance management system.

Investigations & Issue Management

  • Support intake, assessment, and documentation of ethics and compliance concerns, including coordination with Legal and HR as appropriate.
  • Track trends and support rootcause analysis to inform program enhancements, training, and controls.

Training, Awareness & Communications

  • Support development and deployment of compliance training, communications, and awareness initiatives globally.
  • Track training completion and effectiveness of metrics.

Regulatory Compliance Monitoring:

  • Design and execute riskbased annual monitoring plans tied to the enterprise compliance risk assessment.
  • Monitor regulatory developments covering compliance risks and assess their impact on business operations.

ISO-aligned Compliance Management System:

  • Support initiatives to align compliance programs with ISO 37301 standard.
  • Support internal and external audits, monitor corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement efforts.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

  • Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and successful management of multiple stakeholders.
  • Appetite and aptitude for nimbleness, aptitude to succeed by applying technical legal skills across subject matters.
  • Excellent business-oriented judgment and the ability to analyze problems, propose resolutions, and provide advice that is creative, practical and legally acceptable, considering the needs and objectives of the business.
  • Exceptional business partnership skills, including written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highest standards of ethics and professional integrity.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-7 years of experience in compliance, risk management, audit, or a related function.
  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the global organization, as well as with internal and external clients.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with a history of advising real-time in meetings, providing accurate guidance and pragmatic solutions.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and overall project management (from conception to completion) skills.
  • Fluency in English required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, and reasoning) and executive presence.
  • Ability to travel, as needed, both in region and internationally (up to 25%).
  • High degree of systems proficiency (including MS Office Suite, Outlook and Internet applications).
  • Experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining compliance-related policies and procedures.
  • Certification such as Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP/CCEP -I) is desirable.
  • Experience with artificial intelligence is a plus.
