The Role: Senior Specialist, Business Finance Commercial (Secure Power)

As a Senior Specialist, Business Finance Commercial, you will support financial analysis, reporting, and planning activities across transactional, solutions, services, and software sectors. You will help ensure the accuracy of business performance data, provide actionable financial insights, and support operational and commercial objectives through reliable analysis and reporting.

The role is a team leader who will cover mainly FP&A support in Cluster UK&I while leading a team of analysts on finance transformation and tool adoption initiatives

What will you do

• Support financial analysis and reporting across transactional, solutions, services, and software activities within the Secure Power group in UK&I
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports and performance analysis to support decision-making, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of Secure Power UK&I performance data
• Contribute to financial planning activities, including forecasting and performance reviews
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and support more efficient financial ways of working
• Set priorities and provide guidance to other team members on finance transformation and tool adoption initiatives

Who will be successful

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), Cost controlling, Reporting and Analysis, and Business Partnership
• Detail-oriented, transformational mindset, and with high level of integrity and work values
• Adept with financial modeling techniques
• Has strong analytical skills
• Proficient in MS Excel & MS Powerpoint
• Able to communicate effectively, including with senior business leaders
• Can adapt to new systems and applications quickly.
• Familiarity with Oracle, EPM, Tableau, SAP, PowerQuery, PowerPivot, Power Automate is an advantage.
• With key vision to digitize and automate reporting and focus on value-added analyses to drive business decisions.
